2. Order Process
By placing an order with Tele-Candles, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all customizations, including color, scent, and personalized message. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Customization
All products are made to order based on your selections. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matches due to screen display variations. Scent descriptions are representative.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping times vary based on customization complexity and destination. Tele-Candles is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because every candle is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of a verified defect or error caused by Tele-Candles, submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Content Responsibility
Customers are granted freedom of expression when submitting personalized messages. However, content that promotes violence, self-harm, threats, or harm to any individual is not permitted. Tele-Candles is not liable for content written by the sender. Content reasonably connected to threats of harm may be shared with authorities upon lawful request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Tele-Candles and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tele-Candles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
